I would like to take the time to introduce to you 4Paws for a Cause! Affiliated with and sponsored by Animal Clinic of Columbus, 4Paws for a Cause is a fundraising organization designed specifically to support the Columbus-Lowndes Humane Society. 4Paws for a Cause has several exciting events planned for 2015 – we hope you can join us for at least one of these events and help support a worthy cause.
First, we will be hosting the 4Paws for a Cause 5k Fun Run or 1 mile walk at the Columbus Riverwalk on April 25th. Bring your leashed dog(s) and walk or run for a cause. A dog is not necessary to participate – 4 paws or 2, any number will do. Details and entry forms are available at http://www.4pawsforacause.us or at Animal Clinic of Columbus. Register by April 10 to secure your exclusive T-shirt (only $20). There will be fun activities after the race such as face painting, ice cream, various vendors and a dog training demonstration. In July there will be a Puppy Foam Party at Animal Clinic of Columbus – all dogs need a bath, so come on over and enjoy a spa day, a "Barkery" sale of homemade pet treats and win exciting prizes! Keep an eye on the 4Paws website and Facebook page for details!
BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND: Pet Photos with Santa! Come have your pet professionally photographed with Santa and receive a CD of photos for $20! November 14, November 21, November 28, and December 5 from 8-noon at Animal Clinic of Columbus. These photos make excellent Christmas Cards!
Throughout the year, Animal Clinic of Columbus will be conducting various fundraising activities, such as Pumpkins for Pets – donate $1 or more, write your pet's name on a pumpkin or fall leaf and help decorate our lobby! There will also be a supply drive for Columbus-Lowndes Humane Society necessities – if you bring an item from the supply list, you will receive $5.00 off of your pet's visit. A 2016 Calendar including professional photographs from 4Paws events will go on sale mid-October – think Christmas Gift!
